摘要 目的:研究高氟对少年儿童生长发育的影响。方法:以高氟区1216名少年儿童作为研究对象,以低氟区1196名少年儿童作为对照,按照统一时间、统一方法测量身高和体重。用t检验方法作显著性检验。结果:高氟对少年儿童身高的影响较显著。在男性中,8岁年龄组高氟组身高高于低氟组,12岁年龄组和13岁年龄组高氟组身高低于低氟组,这三个年龄组都有显著性差异(P<0.05)。女性中,13岁年龄组高氟组身高低于低氟组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);高氟组和低氟组各年龄组的体重均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:高氟对11岁前少年儿童身高的增长有促进作用,对11岁后少年儿童身高的增长有抑制作用。高氟对少年儿童的体重基本上没有影响。建议饮用氟浓度适宜水的11岁前少年儿童饮用适量加氟的水。 Objective:To study the effects of high-fluorine on growth of children. Methods:In the same time and by using the same method, the research was carried out on measuring the height and weight of 1216 children from high-fluorine area compared with 1196 children from low-fluorine area. The test for obvious results was conducted with the t -test. Results: The influence of high-fluorine is obvious on the growth of children. In boys, the heights of 8-years old children from high-fluorine area is higher than the heights of children from low-fluorine area. The heights of 12-years old and 13-years old group from high-fluorine area is shorter than those of the same age group from low-fluorine area. The three different age groups showed great difference(P<0.05).In girls, the heights of 13-years old age group from high-fluorine area is shorter than the same age group from low-fluorine area and the difference is obvious(P<0.05). The body weight of each group from both areas showed no obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: High-fluorine can promote the growth of children under 11 years old and restrain the growth of children over 11 years old. High-fluorine has no influence on the body weight of children. Adding appropriate fluorine to drinking water for children under 11 years old in the area with moderate amount of fluorine should be suggested.
