摘要 非体外循环心脏不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术（OPCAB）能避免因体外循环（ECC）引起的各种并发症，正在被越来越多的心脏外科治疗中心所接受。我院从2007年2月至2009年10月，共行OPCAB手术36例，效果较满意。现总结报道如下。
