摘要
目的:评价甲硝唑降血脂疗效及唾液甲硝唑浓度监测。方法:23例高血脂症采用口服甲硝唑三种给药方案治疗:Ⅰ.06gtid×10d,n=6。Ⅱ.04gtid×10d,n=10。Ⅲ.02gtid×10d,n=7。结果:三种方案甘油三酯下降总有效率为667%,600%及428%;胆固醇下降总有效率为667%,600%及428%。三种方案治疗后血脂下降百分数为:甘油三酯为623%,346%及310%;胆固醇为304%,175%及194%。唾液中甲硝唑Cs三种方案依次为3139,2060及1620μg/ml。结论:甲硝唑降甘油三酯和胆固醇作用快速、明显。甲硝唑唾液浓度监测CSS有剂量依赖性,符合药物动力学规律。
Objective: To evaluation of MN in treatment of hypenlipemia and its saliva drug concentration monitoring. Methods:23 hyperlipemia patients were treated by Metronidazole (MN)orally. Three MN dosage schemes were administrated:(Ⅰ)0 6g tid ×10d,n=6;(Ⅱ)0 4g tid ×10d,n=10;(Ⅲ)0 2g tid×10d,n=7.Results:After 10 days MN therapy, the total curative rates of three schemes for triglyceride were 66.7%,60.0% and 42.8%, for cholesterol were 66.7%,60.0% and 42.8%. The decrease % of serum lipids of three schemes for triglyceride were 62.3%,34.6% and 31.0%, for cholesterol 30.4%,17.5% and 19.4%. The MN saliva C ss of three schemes were 31.39, 20.60 and 16.20 μg/ml.Conclusion: The function of MN bringing down triglyceride and cholesterol is quick and obvious. MN has the dependence on the dosage in determining C ss in salivary concentration.
