腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠临床效果比较

Clinical Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Surgery and Conventional Surgical Treatment on Tubal Pregnancy

目的通过腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床对比研究,探讨腹腔镜手术在输卵管妊娠诊治中的优越性。方法回顾性分析邓州市妇幼保健院自2006年1月至2009年12月腹腔镜手术治疗149例输卵管妊娠及同期开腹手术治疗107例输卵管妊娠的临床资料,比较两组手术治疗的术中及术后情况。结果两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后是否使用止痛药、术后用抗生素时间、术后离床时间、术后发热、术后住院天数等方面差异具有显著性。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠优于传统开腹手术,腹腔镜手术安全可靠,手术创伤小,患者痛苦少,康复快,是治疗输卵管妊娠的一种理想的手术方式,可作为输卵管妊娠患者首选的治疗方案。

Objective To study laparoscopic surgery and conventional surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy.Laparoscopic surgery in tubal pregnancy diagnosis and treatment has superiority.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2006 to December 2009 treated 149 cases of laparoscopic surgery in the same period in open surgery of tubal pregnancy and tubal pregnancy treated 107 cases clinical data,Surgical treatment were compared intraoperative and postoperative.Results The two groups in operative time,blood loss,postoperative discharge time,postoperative whether to use painkillers,antibiotics,time away from the bed,postoperative fever,postoperative hospital stay etc,have a significant difference.Conclusion The laparoscopic treatment of tubal pregnancy than the traditional abdominal surgery has advantages：safe,surgical trauma small,less pain,rapid recovery,The treatment is an ideal surgical method for patients with tubal pregnancy.
