64层螺旋CT在上颌骨埋伏多生牙定位中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT在上颌骨埋伏多生牙诊断和定位中的应用价值。方法对16例根尖定位片投照定位困难的上颌骨埋伏多生牙患者行64层螺旋CT扫描,应用螺旋CT的图像后处理技术作多层面重建和三维重建,指导手术入路及方式。结果 16例患者共发现多生牙21颗,位于牙弓唇侧4颗,腭侧13颗,4颗位于正常恒牙之间。64层螺旋CT扫描对上颌骨埋伏多生牙的诊断符合率为100%。结论多层螺旋CT后处理技术能直观地显示上颌骨埋伏多生牙的形态、位置、萌出方向及其与周围组织关系,在上颌骨埋伏多生牙的定位诊断、手术入路、手术方案制定中有重要的指导意义。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 64-row multidetector spiral CT in embedded supernumerary tooth.Methods Sixteen patients with embedded supernumerary tooth were treated with spiral computed tomography(CT) scanning technique.Spiral CT images were used to evaluate three-dimensional reconstruction.Results The position of 21 embedded supernumerary teeth in 16 patients were completely confirmed by surgery with accuracy of 100%.There were 4 embedded supernumerary teeth in buccal location of maxillary permanent teeth,13 teeth in lingual location and 4 teeth between maxillary permanent teeth.Conclusion The reconstruction images clearly showed detail of the embedded supernumerary teeth,including 3D surface image,eruption orientation and relationship with circumambient anatomic structure.The computer assisted technology can localize the embedded supernumerary tooth precisely and provide valuable information for clinical treatment.
