中重度扩张型心肌病患者血浆BNP动态变化及其临床意义

Clinical Significance of Dynamic Changes of Moderate and Severe Dilated Cardiomyopathy Patients Plasma BNP

目的探讨扩张型心肌病患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)与心功能衰竭之间的关系,及不同阶段的扩张型心肌病患者血浆BNP的变化情况。方法将16例扩张型心肌病患者及30例健康体检者,分别进行血浆BNP检测及心脏超声心动图检测,进行对比分析。结果心脏彩色超声心动图检测16例均为中重度扩张型心肌病患者,其血浆BNP结果显示与心肌扩张度成正比,健康体检者与扩张型心肌病患者的血浆BNP结果显示,血浆BNP能够明确反应出心脏的功能,与心功能衰竭程度成正比。结论扩张性心肌病患者血浆BNP水平能预测心功能的情况,同时可以表达扩张型心肌病患者的病情程度。

Objective To investigate the plasma patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（BNP） and the relationship between heart failure,and the different stages of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with changes in plasma BNP.Methods Totally 16 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients and 30 healthy individuals patients,respectively detected in plasma BNP and cardiac echocardiography,were analyzed.Results The cardiac echocardiography detected 16 cases were moderate to severe dilated cardiomyopathy patients,their results showed that plasma BNP and cardiac dilation is proportional to physical examination in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy showed that plasma BNP can be clearly reflect the function of the heart,and heart failure are directly proportional.Conclusion Dilated cardiomyopathy patients plasma BNP levels can predict cardiac function,and can express the severity of the disease.
