摘要
当前,管道建设运营这条＂经济项链＂在实现运输变革、推动能源结构和产业结构调整、保障国家能源安全方面发挥的作用越来越重要。在中国,随着工业化进程的加快和能源结构优化的推进,为了满足国民经济发展对石油、天然气不断增长的需求,我国在加强国内油气勘探开发的同时,积极推进油气进口贸易的多元化,与周边国家达成了多项建设跨国油气管道工程的协议,我国的跨国油气管道建设正迎来大的发展机遇期。未来10年,跨国油气管道的建设将出现一个高潮。
Today,as an economics necklace,pipeline building and operation has more and more important roles in realizing transport reform,promoting structural readjustment of energy and industry,ensuring energy safety of our country.In China,with growth of industrialization process and boost of energy structure,for the increasing requirement of oil and nature gas our country strengthen exploring of oil and gas,actively promote import trade diversification of oil and gas,and establish arrangements of oil and gas project with surrounding countries,so the construction of oil gas pipeline with other countries is be faced with the bigger development age.In the next ten years,construction of multinational pipeline will form a high-tide period.At present,four intake vents of oil and gas has been formed including natural oil pipeline of China-Russia,natural gas pipeline of Central Asia,oil and gas pipeline of China-Burma,and sea channel passing Strait of Malacca,diversification of transportation channels of oil is gradually realized.
