Communication meeting about fining management of China Oil is held in Huabei oil field in Nov,2009.It is marked the beginning of fining management of China Oil."Developing market,promoting change,raising quality and seeking development" all depend on elaboration.Chinese oil men’s elaborate acts and works continually exploit the path of enterprise development,such as working at geology with special care,intensive cultivation on exploitation,making perfection more perfect on refining…… There is the incisive discussing on fining management at the age of Laozi in China,for example,it’s necessary for difficult event to be easy;for great event to be careful in the world.So far the radiance of philosophical thinking still shine on the world.Fining management is a supervisor mode,control engineering,idea,culture,and ability.One of characteristics of fine management is from extensive form to intensification,from depending traditional experience to science.Fine means the exquisite,the perfect,detail and minimum cell.Detail and minimum cell is the necessary way of fining,the exquisite and perfect is nature result fining.Paying attention to excavating connotation,cultivating endogen dynamic,realizing continue and effective development are new target for oil and petrifaction company.
