国家科技支撑计划中医药项目组织管理模式探索与创新

为促进中医药事业的发展,"十一五"国家科技支撑计划加大了对中医药领域研究的支持力度。国家中医药管理作为行业主管部门,在支撑计划项目组织管理模式与机制上进行了许多新的探索,成立支撑计划中医药项目办公室和中医药咨询专家组,选定项目协管单位和责任专家,形成分级管理与分类指导相结合的项目组织管理模式。组织专家对各项目课题的实施方案进行优化论证、构建研究过程质量保证与质量控制体系,有效地保证了支撑计划项目的顺利实施,提高了研究水平和质量。

To advance the development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine, the eleventh five-year National Key Technology R＆D Program increase the support of the science research in TCM. As the trade governing unit, State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of People＇s Republic of China make many new explores on the mode of management and mechanism. Including establishing the TCM office and the TCM consultants group of National Key Technology R＆D Program, selecting the assistance unit and experts for every item, forming the associative mode of classification management and labeling direction. They also organize experts to optimize the implementary plan and build the system of quality ensure and quality controll. All these steps can ensure the shade up of the items of National Key Technology R＆D Program and promote the research quality.
