摘要
目的:研究中药复方-肠胃康的化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱法进行分离纯化,并运用理化性质和波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果:从中药复方-肠胃康提取物中得到5个化合物,分别为7(R),11(S)-二羟基密叶辛木素(1)、7(S),11(S)-二羟基密叶辛木素(2)、7α,8α,11-三羟基补身烷(3)、3,5-O-二甲基没食子酸(4)、3,3′-O-二甲基鞣花酸(5)。结论:化合物1~5均为首次从该中药复方中分离得到。
This work aimed to study the chemical constituents of Compound Changweikang. The chemical constituents of Changweikang were isolated and purified using various column chromatographies, including silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The constituents structures were elucidated based on physicochemical constants and spectral data analysis.Five compounds were isolated and identified for the first time, They were (+)-Fuegin (1), (-)-Fuegin (2), drimane-7α, 8α, 11-triol (3), 3, 5-di-O-methylgallic (4), 3, 3'-di-O-methylellagic acid (5).
