摘要
本文用目标检验因子分析-分光光度法对阿司匹林,非那西丁,咖啡因3组分混合体系进行了定性和定量研究。用该方法确定了体系中存在的组分数,并测定了各组分的含量。对12个模拟样品的计算结果表明,该方法的特点是既能鉴定组分数,又能进行大批量试样的同时测定。
Target testing factor analysis was employed for the simultaneous qualitative
identification and quantitative determination of Aspirin, Phenacetin and caffeine
compound acetyl-salicylic acid tablets, The results show that factor analysis is an
effective method for multicomponent spectrophotometric analysis, The method is
especially suitable for simultaneous analysis of large numbers of samples.
