摘要
目的:探讨护理支持系统建立对普通病房危重症患者护理质量的影响。方法:采用《危重患者护理质量评价标准》对危重症患者的护理质量进行评分,对比护理支持系统建立前后,普通病房病危(重)患者的护理质量、护理不良事件的发生和患者的满意度。结果:护理支持系统建立使普通病房病危(重)患者的护理质量、患者的满意度均有提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),减少了护理不良事件的发生。结论:护理支持系统的建立,对普通病房病危(重)患者的护理工作起到了良好的监管、指导作用,确保了护理安全。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of the Decision-Support Systems on the nursing quality of critically ill patients in general ward. Methods： Nursing quality was evaluated and calculated according to the content and quality for nursing practice standards. The quality of nursing care, nursing related adverse events and hospitalized patients＇ satisfaction were compared between before and after using the Decision-Support Systems. Results： The quality of nursing care as well as the patients＇ satisfaction after using the Decision-Support Systems were better than before using it, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Establishment of Decision-Support Systems for critically ill patients can improve the quality of nursing care in general ward and promote nursing security.
