摘要
目的:探讨拓展Excel软件的功能,改进制作护士排班表的方法,科学合理地安排护理人力资源,提高护理管理者工作效率。方法:施行弹性排班,应用Excel软件的计算功能自动计算休假,检验排班结果,按月计算工作量。结果:新的排班表符合弹性排班原则,提高了办公信息化程度,避免了护理管理者手工计算休假和统计护士工作量,提高排班质量。结论:新的排班表适合护理工作按需配置人力的要求,有利于护理人力资源合理分配,操作简单快捷,提高管理工作质量,适合医院绩效考核工作开展。
Objective:To explore an scientific method to schedule nurses and increase work efficiency of nurse managers by applying the calculation and management functions of EXCEL software. Method:A flexible nurse staffing principle was implemented.We used calculation and management function of Excel software to make new nurse scheduling file. The new file could calculate vacation time and report monthly workload automatically.Results: The new file matched the flexible nurse scheduling principle.It increased nurse managers' work efficiency and improved nurse scheduling quality.Conclusion: It is suggested to generalize the new monthly working scheduling files, to improve the quality of management,especially in the wards with stable working shift and nursing work force.It is easy to manage and could be used in hospital performance assessment.
