压疮风险管理实施及其效果

The application and effectiveness of risk management of pressure ulcers

目的:实施压疮风险管理新方法,减少院内压疮发生,提高压疮治愈率。方法:分析在新方法与传统方法两种压疮管理模式下,院内压疮发生率(院内压疮发生数占压疮会诊报告数的百分比)、压疮治愈好转率(院外带入与院内发生压疮的患者经治疗、护理痊愈和好转的例数与压疮上报例数的百分比)。结果:对两种管理方法下院内压疮发生率、压疮治愈好转率进行比较,经统计学处理,采用χ2检验,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:实施压疮管理新方法,对高危压疮患者进行动态、全程监控,能够减少院内压疮发生,保证护理安全。

Objective： To explore the effect of risk management of pressure ulcers on the incidence rate and cure rate of pressure ulcers. Methods： Both the traditional management model and the brand-new model of risk management were applied, the effects of the two different models of pressure ulcer management were compared. Results：There were distinct differences on the incidence rate of pressure ulcers and cure rate of pressure ulcers between the traditional management group and the risk management group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The pressure ulcers could be prevented or reduced effectively by applying risk management concept in the management of pressure ulcers through the dynamic and continuous monitoring for the high risk patients.
