摘要
目的探讨流行性喘憋性肺炎(简称流喘肺炎)与散发肺炎呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)分离株F蛋白的异同。方法采用PCR片段直接测序及克隆测序,对11株流喘肺炎RSV分离株及5株散发肺炎RSV分离株F蛋白基因序列进行了分析比较。结果被检测流喘肺炎RSV分离株中,36%(4/11)的毒株其F蛋白基因3′非编码区(3′NCR)(第1741位核苷酸)存在6个核苷酸插入,而散发肺炎RSV分离株均无此插入存在。结论RSV流喘肺炎分离株与散发肺炎分离株F蛋白基因的3′NCR有差异。
Objective To identify genetic differences
among the fusion (F) protein genes of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) field strains isolated
from pediatric patients with epidemic asthmalike pneumonia and from regular pneumonia.
Methods Direct sequencing of PCR products from partially amplified F genes and sequencing of
cloned cDNA from F genes were used in this study. Results Among 11 strains isolated from
epidemic asthmalike pneumonia, 4 (36%) had extra six nucleotides inserted into the 3end
noncoding region of the F gene, whereas none of the F genes from 5 strains isolated from
regular pneumonia had that insertion. The 2 test showed P>0.05. Conclusion There were
differences among the F genes of RSV isolates from epidemic asthmalike pneumonia compared
with those from regular pneumonia.
