戒毒所护士职业防护状况调查

Survey on Occupational Protection of Nurses Working in Drug Rehabilitation Center

目的了解戒毒所护士的职业防护现状。方法采用问卷调查对北京市某戒毒所85名护士进行职业防护的知识、态度、行为调查。结果护士的职业防护知识不足,职业防护知识和态度在性别间有显著性差异(P<0.05),职业防护态度在不同学历间有显著性差异(P<0.05),但职业防护行为在年龄、性别、从事戒毒工作年限、学历、职称间无显著性差异。结论戒毒所护士可以通过不断地学习掌握职业防护知识和技能,进一步端正自己的态度,以保护好自身安全。

Objective To understand the status of infectious disease protection of nurses in drug rehabilitation center.Methods To investigate the infectious diseases prevention knowledge,attitudes and behavior of 85 nurses in drug rehabilitation center in Beijing by questionnaire.Results The lack of occupational protection knowledge of nurses in drug rehabilitation center,attitudes and behavior of some inconsistencies,occupational protection,knowledge and attitudes of nurses in the treatment differences between the sexes was statistically significant（P 0.05）,rehabilitation nurses,occupational protective attitude differences between the different qualificationsis also statistically significant（P 0.05）,but the protective behavior of professional nurses in the treatment of age,sex,number of years working in drug treatment,nursing education,there is no significant difference between the titles.Conclusion The treatment of nurses can continue to study and grasp the knowledge and skills in occupational protection,and further correct their attitude to protect its own security.
