摘要
本文介绍了用差示分光光度法测定扑感敏冲剂中氨基比林和扑热息痛的含量,二者的平均回收率分别为99.8%和99.7%,变异系数分别为O.22%和O.44%。
A method of differential UV-spectrophotometry for the determination of amino-
pyrine and paracetamol in granule preparation of paracetamol pyramidon and caff-
eine has been devoloped. The average recovery rates of aminopyrine and paraceta-
mol were 99.8% and 99.7% respectively. The coefficients of variation of aminop-
yrine and paracetamol were 0.22% and 0.44% respectively.
