摘要
本文报道了高效液相色谱法分离测定自产的和日本进口的柱晶白霉素的组分含量的方法。色谱柱是Nucleosils C_(18)。移动相是甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵(65:35v/v)。紫外检测器,波长231nm。测定结果表明,自产品与进口品各组分保留时间和主要组分含量基本相同。
Reported in this paper is a method determining leucomycins (made in Shenyang
College of Pharmacy) by HPLC. The chromatography separation was performed
through Nucleosils C_(18) column with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-0.2mol/L
ammonium acetate (65:35ν/v) , and the detective wavelength 231nm. The results
showed that the retention time and the quantity of the components of home made
leucomycin are the same as those of imported leucomycin.
