On Han Feizi's political philosophy

当代中国政治实践深受"儒表法里"政治文化的影响。为此,需要从经济、政治、意识形态、内在灵魂四个方面重构韩非子法家政治哲学逻辑框架,并以马克思主义的立场、观点和方法,去反思对法家学说的传统看法,重新评估其理论价值;在此基础上,围绕马克思主义中国化这一主题,发掘其当代价值。

Modern Chinese political practice is influenced deeply by the political culture of ＂speech by Confucianism and action by Legalism＂,thus the framework of the political-philosophy logic of Han Feizi＇s legalism should be reconstructed in terms of economy,politics,ideology and innersoul and traditional views of Legalism and its theoretical value should be reassessed by means of Marxist stand,viewpoint and method so as to dig out its modern value focusing on the subject of Sinicization of Marxism.
