诊疗模式的不同决定了临床思维的专业选择,文章分析了当前中医临床存在的2种病证结合诊疗模式及其对中医临床思维的影响,探讨了确立中医临床病证结合诊疗模式的现实意义,并在《伤寒论》诊疗模式的基础上提出了构建兼容中西医疾病内容的临床病证结合诊疗模式的路径与方式,为建立符合中医思维特征的病证结合诊疗模式提供了方法论基础。

Different diagnosis and therapy modes decide different professional choices of clinical thought.In this artical,writer not only analyse the influence of two diagnosis and therapy modes combinatied diseases with symptoms in Traditonal Chinses Medicine clinic,discuss the actual significance of establishing the mode combinated diseases with symptoms;but also bring up the ways and manners of diagnosis and therapy modes combinated diseases with symptoms,which combine diseases of Chinese and Western medicine concents based on the diagnosis and therapy modes of Shang Han Lun.In order to support the methodology basic for building up the diagnosis and therapy modes combinated diseases with symptoms,which is able to meet the clinical thought characteristic of Traditional Chinese Medcine.
