摘要
目的:通过高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定高良姜中高良姜素和山柰素的含量。方法:色谱柱:phenomenexGeminiC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)键合硅胶色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(60:40);检测波长:360nm;流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃。结果:高良姜素在0.668-6.680μg范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为102.30%,RSD=1.73%(n=6);山柰素在15.5-155.0ng范围内呈线性关系,r=0.9995,平均回收率为97.31%,RSD=1.84%(n=6)。结论:HPLC方法简便快速,准确可靠,重现性好,可作为高良姜药材的质量控制方法。
Objective:HPLC was used for the determination of galangin and kaempferol of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum.Methods:The column was phenomenex Gemini C 18 (5μ,250mm×4.6mm);the mobile phases were methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(60:40);the detection wavelength was 360 nm;the flow rate was at 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was at 30°C respectively.Results:Galangin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.668-6.680μg,r=0.9996,and the average recovery was 102.30%with RSD=1.73%(n=6);Kaempferol also showed a good linear relationship in the range of 15.5-155.0ng,r=0.9995,and the average recovery was 97.31%with RSD 1.84%(n=6).Conclusion:This method was simple,accurate,reliable and sensitive and it can be used as a quality control standards for Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum.
