超微粉碎工艺对肿痛消巴布剂中蒲黄透皮吸收的影响研究 被引量:12

Study on effect of ultramicro-shatter technology on penetrating skin absorption of Pollen Typhae in Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm

摘要 目的:研究超微粉碎对肿痛消巴布剂中异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷透皮吸收的影响。方法:利用改良Frans透皮吸收池进行体外透皮试验,HPLC法测定超微肿痛消与普通肿痛消中异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷含量。结果:超微肿痛消巴布膏剂的Q-t方程为Q=3.0382t+47.082、透皮速率为3.0382(μg.cm2/h),普通肿痛消巴布膏剂的Q-t方程为Q=2.7967t+39.752、透皮速率为2.7967(μg.cm2/h)。结论:超微肿痛消巴布剂中异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷累计渗透量与透皮速率均优于其普通肿痛消巴布剂,说明超微粉碎技术加快了药物成分的溶出。 Objective:To study the effect of ultramicro-shatter technology on penetrating skin absorption of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidin in Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm.Methods:To apply reformed Frans penetrating skin absorption cell marching extraorgan penetrating skin experiment.HPLC method was used to determine the content of isorhamnetin-3-Oneohesperidin in ultramicro-shatter Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm and in common Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm.Results:The Q-t equation of ultramicro-shatter Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm:Q=3.0382t+47.082,penetrating skin velocity:3.0382(μg.cm2/h);the Q-t equation of common Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm:Q=2.7967t+39.752,penetrating skin velocity:2.7967(μg.cm2/h);Extraction rate of dynamic extracting micro-powder,the ephedrina hydrochloridum,glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhizae glycoside were higher than the trdtional cut crude drug decocting.Conclusion:The accumulating osmolality and penetrating skin velocity of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidin in ultramicro-shatter Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm were all better than those in common Zhongtongxiao Cataplasm,it explained that ultramicro-shatter technology accelerate the dissolution of medicine compsitions.
