摘要
当前我国学校课程管理的主要问题表现为实践中的泛政治化现象,这种现象严重制约和束缚了课程改革的顺利进行,学校课程管理必须走出这种误区,打造其自我的学术造型:一是超越课程与教学的二元思维,由教学管理走向课程管理;二是改造学校组织,由科层走向赋权承责。三是转换学校课程管理取向,从行政管理走向专业管理。四是改变课程管理模式,由平面式管理走向立体式管理。
At present the main problem of school curriculum management in China is its pan-politicization.This restricts badly curriculum reformation,it must,therefore,be changed and tend towards scientific method.First of all,the duality thinking of curriculum and teaching must be surmounted anddiscarded,so as to be able to implement curriculum management instead of teaching management;secondly,the school organization must be improved and reformed so as to realize authorization and responsibility instead of bureaucratic management;thirdly is school curriculum management must be re-oriented so as to put into practice professional management from administration management;and forthly is curriculum management mode is to be changed so as make plane management give way to cubic management.
