兰陵、兰陵酒辨析

Discrimination and Identification of Lanling and the Provenance of Lanling Liquor

兰陵酒作为名闻天下的历史名酒,其产地一直众说纷纭,而兰陵这一地名的所在地也争论不休。通过考证,商代的"鬯"酒就是兰陵酒,而西汉楚王墓印有"兰陵贡酒"的酒坛的出土,证明了山东兰陵确实是兰陵酒的最早产地。曲阿酒、常州酒为兰陵酒之旁支,这是因为东晋初年兰陵萧氏南迁至南兰陵,于是兰陵美酒也传至了江南。

As a renowned vintage celebrated throughout Chinese history and well-known all over the world,Lanling liquor has all the way involved itself in a varied opinion as to its provenance.Consequently,the place name of Lanling has been argued for and against endlessly.Through a textual research,this paper concludes that ＂Chang＂ Liquor during the Shang Dynasty is the present Langling Liquor.And the jars carved with ＂Lanling Liquor for the Emperor＂,unearthed from the tomb of the Emperor of Kingdom Chu during the Western Han Dynasty has demonstrated that Lanling in Shandong Province is the earliest place of production for Lanling Liquor.Qu＇a Liquor and Changzhou Liquor are its different varieties because the Xiao Family in Lanling moved southward to Southern Lanling at the beginning of the Eastern Jin Dynasty.As a result,Lanling Liquor was spread to the south of the Yangtze River.
