摘要
本文道了运用硝酸银柱层析法分离得到纯度为98%的γ-亚麻酸甲酯。合成了几个γ-亚麻酸衍生物。实验初步结果表明,它们具有抑制由ADP诱导的血小板凝聚的作用。
This paper reports the separation and purifacation of γ-linolenic acid methyl esterbycolumn chromatography on silica impregnated with silver nitrate. By using thisprocedure, a product of 98% purity was obtained. Some derivatives of GLC wasSynthesized and their activity on ADP induced blood pletelet aggregation in vitrowas examined. Primary results show that some of them have inhibiting effect onblood platelet aggregation.
