摘要
综述了国内外在板带热连轧机活套的高度和张力控制,作为一个互相耦合的。输入双输出的多变量控制系统,不断改进的过程及最新的研究成果。在给出传统的活套控制方法的基础上,重点介绍了各种活套高度及张力的解藕控制方法,主要包括:互不相关活套控制、活套最优多变量控制,以及建立在H∝理论基础上具有扰动补偿器的活会互不相关控制系统。
In the hot strip tandem mill the control of the loopers height and tension is a multi-variable control system with coupling double inputS and double outputs. This paper summarizes the loopers control methods improvement process and the newest results First the tradihonal looPers control method is shown, and then the decouPling control strategies for loopers height and tension control are introduced. There strategies include noninteractive loopers control, optimal multivariable loopers control and the noninteraetive loopers control with interference compensation based on H∝ theory.
