This paper introduces the hardware and fortware of T3000 distributed computer,describes its function of data sampling and proceeing as an on－time monitoring and control system. Its application to acid－making and zinc－leach. For its complete functions and good performance－price ratio.T3000 system is much valuable for momtoring industrial processes with sophisticated technology and distributed placement.
