摘要 髓源性抑制细胞(myeloid-derived suppressor cells,MDSCs)是一群表型异质细胞群,来源于骨髓祖细胞和未成熟髓细胞,在癌症、炎症和感染中大量扩增,可通过多种机制抑制机体抗肿瘤免疫,促进肿瘤生长和转移。本文就MDSCs的一般生物学特征、免疫抑制机制和靶向MDSCs的抗肿瘤治疗策略等研究进展作一综述。 Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs) are a heterogeneous population of cells derived from myeloid progenitor cells and immature myeloid cells.MDSCs increase in large number under the conditions of cancer,inflammation,and infection.MDSCs are able to suppress the immunity and promote tumor-cell invasion and metastasis through multiple mechanisms.In this review,we briefly summarized the biological features of MDSCs,the mechanisms of immune suppression,and the strategies of anti-tumor therapy to target MDSCs.
