摘要 肾小球系膜细胞是最活跃的细胞固有成分,单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,MCP-1)是一种对单核细胞具有特异趋化功能的细胞因子,系膜细胞可表达MCP-1及其特异性受体,两者相互作用对多种肾小球病理生理过程发挥重要影响。本文简要地叙述了肾小球系膜细胞及MCP-1的生物学作用,重点分析介绍影响系膜细胞MCP-1表达的因素以及干预治疗对MCP-1表达的影响。 Mesangial cell is very active cell in renal tissue,and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1) is a cytokine that exhibits most potent chemotactic activity toward monocytes.Mesangial cell can express the MCP-1and its specific receptor.The interaction between MCP and its receptor plays an important role in the development and progression of glomerular diseases.This review briefly summarized the biological functions of mesangial cell and MCP-1 and focused on the factors that affected MCP-1 expression in the mesangial cell.
