摘要 On December 10, 1948, the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (hereinafter referred to as the Declaration). Since then, not a single country, group, cultural sphere or religion has expressly challenged its correctness and applicability. Meanwhile, few countries have practiced the Declaration in its entirety.
