摘要
目的研究和评价复合银杏叶片对大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法 52只SD大鼠造模后随机分为高脂饲料对照组、复合银杏叶片低剂量组、复合银杏叶片中剂量组、复合银杏叶片高剂量组.每组13只大鼠。给予各造模组高脂饲料,同时高脂饲料对照组给予蒸馏水,试验组分别给予相应剂量的复合银杏叶片,每日灌胃.连续28 d。第28天经眼眶取血,分离血清,酶法测定各组大鼠的三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果复合银杏叶片高剂量组大鼠血中TG和LDL-C水平明显低于高脂饲料对照组.降低幅度分别为28.9%和23.9%;中、高剂量组大鼠血中HDL-C水平明显高于高脂饲料对照组,上升幅度分别为14、20 mg/dL。结论复合银杏叶片具有调节大鼠血脂的作用。
Objective To study and evaluate if compound ginkgo leaf tablet has effects on accommodating rat lipidemia, Methods 52 SD rats. Were involved in experiment Firstly,experimenters divided these rats into 4 groups for eomparison,namel hyperlipidemia contrastive group,compound ginkgo leaf tablet in low dose group,middle dose group,high dose group Seeondly,ex perimenters injected hyperlipidemia fodders into rats' stomachs for 28 days continually,and added distilled water to hyperlipidemia eontrastive group,compound ginkgo leaf tablet to other 3 groups with corresponding dose. At last, experimenters got some blood from eye orbit of rats',and separated serum,and tested experimental rats values on TG,TC, HDL-C, LDL-C. Results The results showed that compound ginkgo leaf tablet in high dose group could remarkably decrease the level of TG by 28.9% and LDL-C by 23.9% ,while increasing the level of HDL-C in middle dose group and high dose group. Conclusion Compound ginkgo leaf tablet has effects on accommodating rat lipidemia.
