联合检测同型半胱氨酸与脂蛋白(a)在脑血管疾病中的诊断价值 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸与脂蛋白(a)在脑血管疾病中的诊断价值。方法循环酶法与免疫透射比浊法分别测定同型半胱氨酸与脂蛋白(a)水平。结果与对照组比较,同型半胱氨酸与脂蛋白(a)在脑出血组和脑梗死组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),脂蛋白(a)在脑出血组和脑梗死组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Hcy在脑出血组和脑梗死组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论联合检测同型半胱氨酸与脂蛋白(a)有助于提高脑血管疾病的诊断和预防。
