摘要
本文提出了基于Ｒｏｕｇｈ集的Ｒｏｕｇｈ决策规则，并以此为理论依据讨论了对评价指标体系的指标属性进行简化。
This paper proposes a rough decision rule based on rough set and it discusses the reduction of the quota attributes for evalating quota system according to this theory,whereby realizing scientific comprehensive evaluating quota system.
