单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合疏血通注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

Isosorbide Mononitrate Injection Combined with Shuxuetong Injectionin forUnstable Angina in Coronary Heart Disease

目的:观察单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合疏血通注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组各30例,在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组给予单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合疏血通注射液治疗,对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯注射液治疗,疗程均为2周。观察心绞痛疗效及发作次数、持续时间的变化以及硝酸甘油用量情况,并检测治疗前后血液流变学变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间以及硝酸甘油用量均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组比较,差异亦有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组血液流变学指标均明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组间比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯注射液联合疏血通注射液治疗冠心病UA有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the isosorbide mononitrate Injection Combined with Shuxuetong Injection coronary heart disease with unstable angina （UA） of the clinical efficacy. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 30 eases on the ba- sis of conventional therapy, the treatment group given isosorbide mononitrate injection combined with Shuxuetong injection treatment, the control group given isosorbide mononitrate injection treatment, treatment for 2 weeks. Observation of efficacy and onset of angina frequency, duration, changes and nitroglycerin consumption, and to detect changes in blood rheology before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 90.0% in the control group was 80.0%, Group 2, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. Two groups after treatment the number of angina attacks, angina duration, and nitroglycerin consumption were improved compared with those before treatment, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）; after treatment 2 group, the difference was also significant significance （P 〈0.05）. Two groups after treatment were significantly improved blood rheology, and treatment comparison, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; between the two groups after treatment 2, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： isosorbide mononitrate injection combined with Shuxuetong UA injection in treatment of coronary heart disease have better clinical efficacy.
