摘要
在各行业产值关联性的基础上，分析了区域产业投资所带来的间接经济效益和间接环境污染，并通过建立多目标决策模型，得出区域产业投资与环保投资的最优分配比例．最后以某省为例，对模型进行了计算和结果分析，一定程度上为实现区域经济与环境的可持续发展提供了决策依据．
Based on production corelation, indirect benefit and environment pollution derived from regional investment are analyzed.The optimal investment proportion between industries and environment protection is obtained by establishing a multi objective decision model.At last, the polices for economy and environment sustainable development are referred to by calculating the model and analyzing the results.
