分析了手机电池盖塑件的成型工艺,详细阐述了该手机电池盖注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用斜导柱抽芯和动模斜顶相结合的抽芯结构,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高,重点阐述了斜导柱抽芯和动模斜顶的设计要点。
The paper analyzed the molding process of cell phone cover, and introduced the point of structure design. Using bevel pillar core pulling and moving die lifer combined structure,improved the times of work and reliability.and aslo the central design.
