摘要
采用原位聚合法制备脲醛树脂为壁材的甲基嘧啶磷微胶囊,在微囊化基础上,通过对润湿分散剂等助剂的筛选进一步制备得到20%甲基嘧啶磷微囊悬浮剂,测定该制剂的悬浮率、包封率等主要性能指标,并确定了最佳配方:甲基嘧啶磷20%,分散剂TERSPERSE 20073%,润湿剂TERWET 10042%,黄原胶0.15%,硅酸镁铝0.5%,消泡剂0.1%,水补足100%。以该配方所制得的样品经冷热贮存后,微胶囊包封率仍在95%左右,制剂悬浮率在90%以上,分解率小于2%,表明该产品具有良好的物理和化学稳定性,耐贮性好。
Pirimiphos-methy microcapsules with urea formaldehyde resin was prepared by an in-situ polymerization reaction in aqueous medium. The quality specifications, including suspension rate and encapsulation rate, were measured after pirimiphos-methy 20% CS was prepared. All the results were up to standard. The best formulation recipe was as follows: 20%pirimiphos-methy, 3% dispersant TERSPERSE 2007, 2% wetting agent TERWET 1004, 0.5% aluminum magnesium silicate, 0.15% adhesive xanthan XG, 0.1%silicone defoamer, and water up to 100%. After accelerated and cold storage tests, the encapsulation rate was about 95%, suspension rate was above 90%, and the rate of decomposition were less than 2%. The results showed that pirimiphos-methy 20% CS has good physical properties and storage stability.
