功能性经颅多普勒超声

摘要 功能性经颅多普勒超声(function transcranial doppler,fTCD)在完成感觉、运动和认知任务时,能通过检测颅内大血管血液流速(blood flow velocity,BFV)的变化来显示脑的活动。fTCD和正电子发射断层摄影术(position emission tomography,PET)及单光子放射计算机断层显像术(single photon emission tomography,SPECT)等神经影像学检查比较具有更高的时问分辨性,能更好的反映事件相关性脑血流变化的动态模式。
