摘要
采用TG-DSC技术对褐铁矿脱水特性进行研究,通过不同动力学机制模型对热重分析数据进行处理和相关性分析,确定褐铁矿的脱水反应机制;用Coat-Redfern方程计算褐铁矿脱水动力学参数(E和A)。研究表明:褐铁矿颗粒脱水符合一级化学反应动力学机制。
The dehydration process of limonitic was studied by adopting TG /DTG DSC technique,some reaction models were discussed by the liner correlation calculation,and the dehydration reaction mechanism was confirmed.Moreover the dehydration kinetic parameters as E(activation energy) and A(pre-exponential factor) were solved by Coats-Redfern equation.The research results indicate that the dehydration of limonitic accords with firstorder chemical reaction kinetics mechanism.
