摘要
以1780热连轧机机组第五架轧机在轧制过程中发生振动为背景,利用ANSYS有限元和结构力学两种计算方法对第五架轧机进行动力学分析,计算出其各阶固有频率。通过将两种方法所得结果进行对比和验证,为机架设计和减少振动提供了理论基础。
According to the vibration happened in rolling process of 1780 tandem rolling mill,the ANSYS finite element and structural mechanics two kinds of calculation method were used to carry on the dynamic analysis,and the inherent frequencies of frame were calculated in rolling process.By means of contrasting and confirming two methods′ results,provided theory basis for designing frame and reducing vibration happened in rolling process.
