摘要
研究了二段法从偏钒酸铵制备片状V2O5工艺流程及相应成套设备,试验及工业应用结果表明:利用专用设备,采用二段法制备片状V2O5,回收率高,环境良好,消耗较低,劳动条件好。产品质量能满足GB3283-1987技术要求。
The technical process of tabular vanadium pentoxide that prepared from ammonium metavanadate by two candidated as well as the corresponding equipment are researched.Testing and industrial application results show that,by means of using the special equipment and two candidated preparing tabular vanadium pentoxide,recovery rate is high,environment is well,consumption is lower,working condition is good.The product quality is able to meet the GB3283-1987 technical requirements.
