采用3.0 T MRI对糖尿病患者与正常老年人胼胝体定量比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用3.0 T MRI对伴有或不伴有认知功能障碍的糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者及正常老年自愿者胼胝体进行定量测量,探讨其在DM脑病中的诊断价值。资料与方法选取67例DM患者,其中伴有认知功能障碍者25例,不伴有认知功能障碍者42例;正常老年自愿者39名。采用3.0 T MRI定量测量胼胝体体积、正中矢状面面积及标准化后的胼胝体面积比率,即胼脑比值(CCR)。结果 (1)DM患者及正常老年自愿者男女间胼胝体定量测量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)正常老年自愿者、DM患者伴有及不伴有认知功能障碍三者比较胼胝体体积差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);DM伴有认知功能障碍患者与正常老年自愿者胼胝体正中矢状面面积及CCR之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3.0 T MRI能定量测量并客观显示胼胝体大小,DM患者胼胝体定量测量小于正常老年对照组,且伴有认知功能障碍患者的胼胝体萎缩更明显。 Objective To measure the area and the volume of corpus callosum by 3.0 T MRI in diabetic patients(with or without cognitive dysfunction) and normal old persons,and evaluate its clinical significance in the diagnosis of diabetic encephalopathy. Materials and Methods Sixty-seven diabetic patients (with cognitive dysfunction 25 cases ,without cognitive dysfunction 42 cases) and 39 cases of normal elderly people were included in the study. The corpus callosum volume, median sagittal corpus callosum area and corpus brain ratio were measured using 3.0 T MRI. Results (1) The quantitative measurement of the corpus callosum between men and women did not show significant differences(P〉0.05);(2) There were significant differences among normal aged volunteers,diabetes patients with or without cognitive dysfunction in the volume of the corpus callosum (P〈0.05);There were also significant differences between diabetes patients with cognitive dysfunction and normal aged volunteers in the median sagittal corpus callosum area and the corpus brain ratio(P〈0.05). Conclu-sion 3.0 T MRI can objectively show the size of the corpus callosum. The corpus callosum in patients with diabetes are smaller and more evident in the diabetic patients with cognitive dysfunction than that of the normal aged volunteers’.
