螺旋CT血管生长、容积再现诊断内脏动脉瘤的价值 被引量:12

Evaluation of Multi-slice CT Angiography with AV and VR Technique in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Visceral Artery Aneurysms

摘要 目的:探讨多排螺旋CT(MSCT)血管生长(add vessel,AV)、容积再现(volume reconstruction,VR)技术在腹腔内脏动脉瘤诊断和治疗中的价值。方法:对38例腹腔动脉瘤的患者进行多排螺旋CT腹部血管成像,采用血管生成法容积再现动脉瘤体、载瘤动脉和腹部血管,并和DSA结果进行对照分析。结果:行MSCT检查的38例患者中发现内脏动脉瘤42枚,其中脾动脉瘤12枚,肝动脉瘤6枚,腹腔干动脉瘤8枚,肠系膜上、下动脉瘤分别为6枚和2枚,肾动脉8枚。MSCT血管生成、容积再现技术可准确、清晰地显示瘤体位置、形态、范围、瘤壁、载瘤动脉和与周围血管的关系。结论:用多排螺旋CT血管生成法容积再现腹部血管诊断腹腔内脏动脉瘤,无论是图像的质量还是病灶的显示都有明显的优越性,是诊断内脏动脉瘤的首选方法。 Purpose: To investigate the value of multi - slice CT angiography (MSCTA) with add vessel (AV) and volume rendering(VR) technique in the diagnosis and treatment of abdominal visceral artery aneurysms. Methods: Thirty- eight patients with abdominal visceral artery aneurysms were undergone MSCTA scan, and the abdominal vascular reconstruction was used to display the aneurysm, parent artery and abdominal vascular. The results of MSCTA were compared with DSA. Results: Forty - two artery ao neurysms were found in these 38 patients, including 12 splenic artery aneurysms, 6 hepatic artery aneurysms, 8 celiac artery aneurysms, 6 superior mesenteric artery aneurysms, 2 inferior mesenteric artery aneurysm, and 8 renal artery aneurysms. The location, shape, ambit, aneurismal wall, parent artery and the relationship to the adjacent vessels were showed clearly and accurately with AV and VR technique. Conclusions: MSCTA is the preferred method in diagnosis of visceral artery aneurysms with high image quality.
