The Study on Heat Treatment Processes of QAl10-4-4

分析了ＱＡｌ１０－４－４制铜阀性能波动的原因，采用正交试验优选了ＱＡｌ１０－４－４材料的热处理工艺，研究和讨论了其不同热处理条件下组织与性能的变化规律及实际热处理条件对铜阀性能的影响。

The causes of property fluctuation of QAl10-4-4 have been analyzed. The heat treatment process hasbeen optimized for QAl10-4-4 valve cross test. The changing law of microstructure and property under different heattreatment processes and the effects of actual heat treatment conditions on property have been investigated and discussed.
