The Continuous Education of University Librarians:A Librarian's Role Perspective

在21世纪网络环境下,图书馆的工作内容发生了变化,图书馆员的角色也会随之发生变化。本文首先讨论了图书馆员的角色定位问题,其次从图书馆员的角色定位视角阐释了高校图书馆员继续教育工作的主要内容,提出了加强馆员继续教育、培养合格馆员的一些方法和途径。

With the development of network technology in the twenty-first century, university libraries are witnessing changes in the work contents and in the role of librarians as well. This paper first discusses the role of university librarians and then explores the main contents of librarians continuous education and some methods for librarians continuous education.
