摘要
试验研究了焊条药皮中不同碳酸锶含量对镍基铸铁焊缝的石墨化及石墨球化的影响。结果表明:锶有较强的石墨化能力,并有较强的球化石墨的能力,同时能消除焊缝组织中的共晶组织和碳化物。
The effects of elements Sr on the graphitization and graphite nodularizated of Fe-Ni cast iron weld metalare studied. It is shown that the moderate additional Sr-contained welds are well in graphitization and graphite nodular-ization. It can avoid the occurrence of eutectics and carbide.
