心包囊肿的影像学特征

Imaging characteristics of pericardial cyst

心包囊肿多位于右侧心膈角区,圆形或椭圆形,内回声均匀,常有传导性搏动,多数患者无症状。绝大多数心包囊肿具有典型的影像学特征,超声心动图和胸部CT是常用的影像学诊断手段。本文通过复习关于心包囊肿的文献报道,总结其影像学特征及相关表现,提高影像学认识。

Most of pericardial cysts are located in right cardiophrenic angle which are round or oval, with homogeneous echo pattern and conductive impulse, most of the patients have no symptoms. While most of pericardial cysts have typical imaging characteristics, echocardiography and transthoracic CT are common methods in diagnosis of pericardial cyst. This article reviews the literature reports of pericardial cyst, summarizes its characteristics, and improves the imaging recognition.
