北京市经济社会地理信息系统研究与实现

Research and Implementation of the Beijing's Economic & Social Geographical Information System

随着经济社会问题的日益复杂化,经济社会资源的管理越来越离不开空间数据和地理信息系统技术的支持。本文设计了北京市经济社会地理信息系统的面向SOA的总体架构、业务功能,探讨了系统快速配置搭建的实现技术。最后,论文重点阐述了经济社会地理信息系统在宏观经济分析、投资项目管理、国民经济中长期规划业务方面的应用。通过系统的应用,基于空间的经济社会资源管理和决策支持手段得到了加强,从而提高了成果的直观性和决策的科学性。

With the increasingly complex of economic social issues,the management of economic social resources is more and more dependent on the support of spatial data and geographic information system technology.Beijing＇s economic social geographical information system framework for the overall SOA architecture is presented in the paper firstly.And business functions are also designed.The system is implemented by using of rapid configuration and architecture technologies.Finally,the three business applications are mainly discussed,which include macroeconomic analysis,investment projects management,and national economy long-term planning.Space-based economic social resources management and decision support tools have been strengthened,so results are more intuitive and decision-making are more scientific.
