Establishment of Combined Heart-Lung Transplantation Model in Dian Nan Mini-Pig

目的总结7例滇南小耳猪心肺联合移植模型建立实验研究的手术操作技术、供体心肺的保护、术后各常见并发症的观察和处理等相关问题,建立动物心肺联合移植实验模型,为更多科研项目的开展提供基础.方法 2009年1月至2010年2月对14只实验用滇南小耳猪进行心肺联合移植.结果 7例手术成功,获得短期存活,基本达到研究目的,成功建立实验动物模型.结论滇南小猪的实验研究为临床开展心肺联合移植提供了实验资料。

Objective To summarize the experiment research of 7 cases of combined heart-lung transplantation model in Dian Nan mini-pigs from operation technique,organ harvesting,preparing,and resuscitation,and complication disposal,and to establish the model of combined heart-lung transplantation,so as to provide foundation for further research,such as transplantation immune tolerance,transplantation pathology;disposal of perioperative period and so on.Method From January 2009 to February 2010,the experimental research of combined heart-lung transplantation was conducted in 14 Diannan mini-pigs.Result Seven cases of operations got success,a short survival time was obtained,and the model was established.Conclusion We have optimized and normalized the procedure,presented experimental data for the clinical development of combined heart-lung transplantation.
