摘要
含铬质量分数为0.4%~1.0%的Cu-Cr合金具有优良的导电、耐热性能。在采用常规的熔炼设备和造型工艺熔铸出Cu-Cr合金铸件的基础上,开展了用Rece45混合稀土对合金液变质,辅以泡沫陶瓷过滤器对合金液净化处理的工艺研究。工业性试验结果表明:该工艺完全消除了铸件热裂现象,并进一步提高了合金的导电、耐蚀等综合性能。
The CuCr alloy with 0.4% ̄1.0% chromium content possessed good electric conductivity and heat resistance. As a new material, the alloy has found its extensive use for the electric contact plate, contact ring, clamping part etc in electronic industry and electrical equipment in recent years. On basis of conventional melting and molding processes for CuCr alloy casting, the Rece45 mischmetal modified CuCr alloy in connection with ceramic foam filter has been developed. The field test shows that hot crack is fully eliminated and electric conductivity, corrosion resistance are enhanced.
